Minimum purchase (excluding postage) for retailer is RM20 and 20pcs for wholesaler (please email for best price), your purchase order will be cancelled if the purchase total among is less.
Reservation can be made within 2 days only. If no confirmation and payment made within the period, items shall released to the other customer unless customer inform us of any difficulties
Any reservation, please make a deposit 50% within 2 days and we’ll keep it until you make a full payment. Any payment made after reservation are not returnable.
For reservation, we need your full details (name, address, phone number and item(s) code). Reservations without details are NOT valid and we will not reserve any item for this type of order. SORRY!
Goods sold are Not Returnable or Exchangeable. There are too many products, in the case of any adhoc out of stock incident, we will refund immediately.
You are advised to make payment as soon as possible after submitting your order. First come first served basis, the longer time you spend to make the payment, the higher possibility that the items will be out of stock.
After banking in, you must inform us on the same day of payment. Please read How To Pay
